So we have had a flurry of emails and conversations about techniques that people really feel. darkness and Dynamic. Dynamic for me being the meditation technique that introduced me to the world of OSHO holds a special place in my heart and in my life. This technique really transformed and continues to transform the way that I relate with myself and to the world. I have learned ( and am continuing to learn) to take responsibility for who I am, to BE simple and extra-ordinary and to be open to the magic that is touching us every moment of everyday.
Darkness meditation, also a favorite, has taught me to look beyond form to the source of all matter/matters:) In the darkness one can not be seen, that is the body can not be seen, no form. So what is left? I am still searching and exploring that. So I invite any and all who are interested in transformation, in truth, in love, in being true to ones nature to come and explore these techniques and find your own answers, ask your own questions or to throw all the mind out the door and simply BE.........

Rising

Waking up this morning...cool breezes sneaked through a slightly cracked window. Birds gently opened their throats to sing to the morning. I am opening up to all this. clearing the way, clearing a path for truth to enter, for love to reside, for joy to bubble over in. I am opening to all the light and love in this magical city.

Bright Lights, Big City
Returning back to the concrete jungle from the Brazilian Jungle, has me wondering what is reality and what is not. What I can see is that there are all these lights all around, really that come from within. Each person has this spark within, carries a certain magic with them here in NY an all over the world. I feel that somehow here even though we call it the big city of dreams our dreams dont have the space to be nurtured. We may get so busy planing and meeting and building and shopping that our dreams are up on that dusty top shelf. Well no longer! I am reaching up and dusting off that shelf and pulling my dreams out and bringing 'em down to be realized and I encourage us all to do the same. Lets really dream our dreams and use the bright lights of this city to illuminate them. We had an amazing gathering this past Saturday where we sat round in a circle and just shared our dreams/shared ourselves; what was so beautiful was that though we each said different things, I felt that all of our dreams were and are connected. I want to have more of these gatherings. Where we can share our dreams and come back and share how they are becoming a reality.....

THe Greatest GIft is the Present moment:)
Withdraw your energy from the past. Don't waste your time in memories. What is gone is gone. Say goodbye to it and close the chapter.
What has not come yet has not come yet. Don't unnecessarily waste your time and energy in imagination, because no imagination is ever fulfilled. It is because of this that the proverb exists in every language: "Man proposes, and God disposes" because you imagine a certain thing in the future, and it is never so.
Withdrawing yourself from past and future, you will become a tremendously intense energy, focused in the present, concentrated in the present like an arrow.
Each moment being aware, alert, watchful, in the herenow, is the way not to miss the train. Every experience needs your presence here, this moment.
And this is a simple secret, but it opens the doors of existence, of all the mysteries, of all that is worth knowing, worth tasting, worth feeling, worth being.
