Go Deep this Weekend

These past weeks have been full of some smooth and some sudden transitions, in the midst of it all I have found time to take at minimum one minute each day to sit in silence to become aware of my breath and the spaces in between.  I am in awe of the beautiful transitions taking place within me and outside.  I am really excited by all the activity and inactivity of this moment and this weekend.   I trust if you are reading this as well you can relate to a lil of what I am saying. With that said,  this weekend we have some exciting opportunities to  witness, release and dance, so come on out, bring a friend or invite one.  Lots o Love
