These past weeks have been full of some smooth and some sudden transitions, in the midst of it all I have found time to take at minimum one minute each day to sit in silence to become aware of my breath and the spaces in between. I am in awe of the beautiful transitions taking place within me and outside. I am really excited by all the activity and inactivity of this moment and this weekend. I trust if you are reading this as well you can relate to a lil of what I am saying. With that said, this weekend we have some exciting opportunities to witness, release and dance, so come on out, bring a friend or invite one. Lots o Love
October 24 7:30-9:30pm
"Just like the seed that starts its life in the darkness of the soil,
or the child that starts its life in the
darkness of the womb,
all beginnings are in the dark, because darkness is one of the most essential things
for anything to begin."
In a completely light proof room we will enter into darkness with eyes wide open. In this simple technique and deeply relaxing technique,we will connect to the divine within that is beyond form and definition.
