The source of our being lies in waiting for us to recognize it/ for our recognition. Living in society like we do, we have gathered or can gather alot of dusts upon us. In this gathering of dusts we forget how shiny/radiant we are and can be. Meditation clears away the dusts and Yoga polishes our being so that we may shine with all the brilliance, grace and strength that our spirit is accustomed to.
Meditation and Yoga are techniques that cultivate awareness. Awareness is a tool of empowerment. Since, once we become aware of something, this awareness gives us a choice. With this shift we move once step closer towards liberation, freedom. Opening up to a world of Infinite possibilities while standing in our power. With awareness we awaken o all the infinite possibilities available to us all. And thus we can shift from limiting patterns to a liberated existence.

Contribution to your evolution: Whatever you desire
"True celebration should come from your life, in your life. And true celebration cannot be according to the calendar, that on the first of November you will celebrate. Strange, the whole year you are miserable and on the first of November suddenly you come out of misery, dancing. Either the misery was false or the first of November is false; both cannot be true. And once the first of November is gone, you are back in your dark hole, everybody in his misery, everybody in his anxiety. Life should be a continuous celebration, a festival of lights the whole year round. Only then you can grow up, you can blossom. Transform small things into celebration."

New Year, New Energy. Thee Momentum is shifting. Last year for me was filled with countless and it seemed continuous teachings. At times it was very difficult and it hard to believe I remained sane through all of it. I am so grateful to have an amazing partner and family of light to support all of this growth and transformation. This year I am looking forward to nourishing this healed part in me and to continue to heal those parts that need it, through dance, song/sound and presence. This year, the year of the hare seems to support this more gentle and receptive way of moving....
A placid year, very much welcomed and needed after the ferocious year of the Tiger. We should go off to some quiet spot to lick our wounds and get some rest after all the battles of the previous year.
Good taste and refinement will shine on everything and people will acknowledge that persuasion is better than force. A congenial time in which diplomacy, international relations and politics will be given a front seat again. We will act with discretion and make reasonable concessions without too much difficulty.
A time to watch out that we do not become too indulgent. The influence of the Rabbit tends to spoil those who like too much comfort and thus impair their effectiveness and sense of duty.
Law and order will be lax; rules and regulations will not be rigidly enforced. No one seems very inclined to bother with these unpleasant realities. They are busy enjoying themselves, entertaining others or simply taking it easy. The scene is quiet and calm, even deteriorating to the point of somnolence. We will all have a tendency to put off disagreeable tasks as long as possible
Money can be made without too much labor. Our life style will be languid and leisurely as we allow ourselves the luxuries we have always craved for. A temperate year with unhurried pace. For once, it may seem possible for us to be carefree and happy without too many annoyances. http://www.theholidayspot.com/chinese_new_year/more_zodiacs/rabbit.htm
