Living in a Dynamic World

Today was the first day in what will be a series of OSHO Active Meditation Intensives. This week we will be diving into OSHO Dynamic Meditation. This is the one of the first techniques that I did and continue to practice. The effects of this technique on my life have been innumerable. For me the main effect is that I have been able to become aware of different destructive patterns that I have created in my life and through this awareness allow these patterns to dissolve. I was remarking to a new participant this morning that, although I have been doing this technique for some time, each time is new, is a discovery. Dynamic is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are gonna get! Over in Europe our beloved friends Ali Von Stein and Krisana Locke of Creative Module, have just completed a research project on the effects of Dynamic Meditation. Below you will find some info that Krisana sent to me about the work.

they were all so beautiful and really helped giving us lots of feedback
and filling out psychological test forms, and saliva testing for DNA and
RNA to test epigentics and the effects of meditation on the biology of
the body.
Viram and Urja, researchers from the North
Lake College Texas and John Hopkins University Washington DC, are so lovely and have contributed so much to this project too.
It was an intense week, with the screening day 2 days before where 60
people turned up hoping to be part of the project.
yes, they got paid as any international research project participants
must be paid. If they completed the 7 days and all the screening and a
follow up evening, a participant receives $120
There were 30 participants in total.

We hope to do a project in NYC this year too!

We hope that they bring this project to NY too, the tests results will be put in a scientific journal in a bout 6 months, we will keep you posted. If you want to do some research of you own come and join us this week for the remainder of the Dynamic Intensive and let us know what you think.

OSHO Dynamic Meditation Intensive
April 6th through April 11th
7-8am Weekdays 7.30-8.30am Saturdays
The technique consists of 5 stages: breathing, releasing, grounding, silence and celebration. Through these steps a joyous and relaxed balance is restored to body and mind and once the ground is prepared in this way meditation becomes easy and enjoyable. From this point you can begin to transform your daily life, bringing silence and celebration into any moment.

I must have done Osho Dynamic meditation hundreds of times by now. So why, when I watch your simple introduction to Dynamic video, do my eyes flood with tears?
We are talking about one powerful meditation here... one that can give us so much richness of insight and truth, all by looking deeply inside.
Thank you for your blog, for putting it out there, for inviting more people to discover this wonderful process and to have a chance to meet Osho.
